Managed IT Built
Around Reliability

Managed IT services from RCV World cover helpdesk, servers, endpoints, SaaS, and cybersecurity under a single SLA and one governance model. We prevent incidents through monitoring, patching, and change control; we resolve what is live through tiered L1 to L3 support; and we report against your SLA every month. Fully managed if you have no dedicated IT lead, co-managed if you do.

What's Included in RCV World's Talent Solutions?

Every staffing vendor promises access to top talent. Most deliver resumes, not engineers who fit the work, the team, or the pace. The gap isn’t candidate volume. It’s the work between finding a profile and adding someone who can contribute: technical vetting, role alignment, transparent hiring, and engineers embedded into your workflows. That’s the work we do, as a talent solutions partner built around capability, fit, and delivery, not resume volume.

The five doors into Managed IT & Security Services

Most Managed IT & Security Services engagements enter through one of five doors. The right door depends on what is actually creating risk or operational drag: the service desk, infrastructure, endpoints, security posture, or day-to-day IT operations. The diagnostic comes first, so the operating model fits the environment rather than forcing the environment into a generic support package.

IT Helpdesk & Support

L1 to L3 support for employees, applications, devices, and everyday IT issues. We handle tickets, troubleshoot incidents, manage escalations, and track resolution against agreed SLAs so internal teams aren't pulled into every technical problem.

Infrastructure & Server Management

Monitoring, patching, backup management, performance optimization, and administration across physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure. We keep core systems maintained, documented, and available without waiting for an outage to expose a problem.

Endpoint Management

Device provisioning, configuration, patching, software management, and endpoint monitoring across the employee environment. Standardized policies keep laptops and workstations secure, compliant, and ready for work without turning every device issue into a manual task.

Cybersecurity & Threat Management

Security monitoring, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, identity controls, and incident response built around the actual threat surface. We focus on reducing exposure before an incident and having a defined response when something gets through.

IT Governance & Co-Managed Services

A structured operating layer for organizations without a dedicated IT lead or teams that need additional capacity. We manage vendors, policies, changes, assets, reporting, and SLA performance, with fully managed or co-managed support based on how much ownership you want RCV World to take.

WHO THIS IS FOR

A good fit if… Probably not a fit if…
You need reliable 24/7 IT support and proactive infrastructure management

You only need occasional break-fix support for isolated IT issues

You want security, monitoring, patching, and backup managed under one accountable team

You already have a fully staffed IT and security operation with no need for additional support

You need governed IT operations with clear SLAs, reporting, and escalation paths

You need a one-time IT project rather than an ongoing managed service

You want to strengthen security without building a full SOC or security team in-house

You only need additional IT headcount working entirely under your existing team

You need ongoing vulnerability management, threat detection, and infrastructure oversight

You are looking for a standalone security assessment with no ongoing management

Keep Your.
Technology Running

Reliable technology needs more than occasional support. We provide the expertise, monitoring, maintenance, and security your business needs to keep systems stable, protected, and ready for what comes next. Stay focused on the business while your IT stays under control.

The RCV World Delivery Model

Every Cloud & DevOps services engagement runs on the RCV World Delivery Model™ – five stages with governance built in as a delivery discipline. In cloud and platform work, that governance is what keeps a migration from becoming a program that never ends.

Discover & Assess

We audit data readiness, existing infrastructure, and the specific use case before committing to an architecture – the step most AI vendors skip on the way to a demo.

Design & Align

Model selection, guardrail design, and team composition get signed off with your stakeholders before a line of production code is written.

Build & Deliver

Agile, product-centric delivery with the data pipelines, evaluation harness, and monitoring a production AI system needs – not just a working notebook.

Govern & Optimise

Governance isn’t a status meeting – it’s executive steering, a live risk register, quality gates, and value tracking on every engagement.

Transition & Scale

Knowledge transfer, operational hypercare, and a plan for scaling the system past its first version once it’s proven in production.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to what enterprise and fast-scaling buyers ask most.

RCV World managed IT services cover the full IT operation: L1 to L3 helpdesk, endpoint and server management, patch and vulnerability management, backup and disaster recovery, SaaS governance, network monitoring, and managed cybersecurity. Everything runs against a written SLA with named response and resolution times, one incident register, and one monthly report. The engagement can be fully managed (RCV World runs the operation) or co-managed (RCV World runs specified tiers alongside your in-house team). Cybersecurity is a sub-hub with its own services underneath: SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance; risk assessment; SOC-as-a-Service; MDR; and penetration testing. Which of those you need depends on your audit posture and the sector you operate in.

A break-fix vendor is paid per incident, so their revenue rises when your operation gets worse. A managed services provider like RCV World is paid a fixed monthly fee to prevent incidents in the first place, so our revenue depends on your operation getting quieter over time. The two economic models produce different behaviors. Break-fix vendors ship tickets closed. A managed services provider ships patch schedules, backup restore drills, quarterly risk reviews, and root-cause fixes that stop repeat tickets. If you are hearing the same alerts twice a quarter, or paying separately for every incident, the model is the problem, not the vendor. Switching vendors without switching the model changes nothing.

Either, and you decide before the SLA gets signed. Fully managed means RCV World runs the operation and your team focuses on the business problems only they can solve. Co-managed means we take a defined slice of the work, usually L1 and L2 helpdesk, patching, and after-hours coverage, while your IT lead keeps architecture, vendor decisions, and change approval. Co-managed is where most first engagements start, because it is the least disruptive path and the one where an in-house team gets its capacity back without losing decision authority. We will tell you which model fits during the scoping call. If neither does, we will say so and point you elsewhere.

Anything outside the written SLA. That usually means major architecture changes (new ERP, new identity platform, new data center), custom software development, one-off projects like migrations or M&A integrations, and end-user training programs. These sit outside the monthly fee because they are scoped work, not run work, and mixing them destroys the SLA economics for both sides. If a project comes up mid-contract, it gets scoped and quoted separately, and (if you want it) delivered by the same team so nothing gets lost in a handoff. What the SLA does cover is stated on the first page of the contract in plain English, not buried in appendices.

A typical onboarding runs 2 to 6 weeks from a signed SLA to full coverage. Week one is discovery: current inventory, current ticket queue, current documentation, current risks. Week two overlaps: your team keeps running while ours shadows, then takes L1 and L2. Weeks three and four move remaining tiers, on-call rotations, and change control. By the end of onboarding, you have a live risk register, a documented runbook, and a monthly report cadence. If you need faster coverage, we can put on-call in place inside a week; the full transition still takes the same number of weeks, it just runs in parallel with live incident response.

Managed IT services are priced by seat count, coverage window, and scope. Seat count captures the size of the estate. Coverage window is 24/7/365 versus business hours. Scope is what you asked us to run: just helpdesk, or helpdesk plus infrastructure, or helpdesk plus infrastructure plus SaaS plus security. The single biggest cost driver is not seat count; it is the number of ungoverned systems in the estate at day zero. Fewer systems in a bad state means a lower steady-state fee. We publish an estimate range on the development cost calculator, and give a firm number after the Diagnose stage of the delivery model. [VERIFY: starting monthly floor and per-seat range].

Get in touch

Book a scoping call with an RCV World IT and security expert, not a salesperson. Bring your current infrastructure, support needs, and security concerns. We’ll assess what needs attention, where risks exist, and what kind of managed service makes sense for your business.

01

A 30-minute call with an engineer – your platform, your workloads, your team, your constraints. No slideware.

02

A written diagnosis: what to migrate, what to modernize, what to hire for, what to leave in place – including the honest ‘don’t build this’ calls.

03

A scoped estimate with a staged plan, so the first release ships a measurable, defensible outcome before you commit to the rest.
